Jay Krishnan brings to Radifinity a wealth of experience spanning over 12 years of diverse experience in product development, business operations management for new product initiatives and business strategies for the APAC as well as the North American Markets. Jay was instrumental in architecting, strategizing and implementing New Product development initiatives for the Enterprise and Service provider space in the telecommunications and networking industry with Juniper Networks and Cisco Systems. He was instrumental in setting up the strategic business operations PMO at these organizations for the APAC region.
Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hartford, CT. He earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore.

Co-founder & CTO

Dhananjay has over 15 years of rich experience in R&D, product development, business operations management for new product initiatives and business strategies for the North American Markets. Dhananjay was instrumental in architecting and developing New ASIC Products for the Enterprise, Broadband, Consumer and Wireless Market sectors in innovative product lines for emerging markets. He brings rich management expertise from Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems, Centillium communications among others.
Dhananjay earned his Bachelor's & Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Birla Institute f Technology. He earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore.

Co-founder & Executive Vice President Strategy & Marketing

Subra comes to Radifinity with over a decade of diverse experience ranging from Semiconductor Design, Product Development, Marketing, Business Development and Sales Strategies for the Emerging and Developed markets. Subra was a key stake-holder in architecting the go-to-market solutions for Cypress, Numonyx and Intel in the dynamic Wireless handheld and embedded products space. He has contributed, in various capacities, to Intel’s growth as a Market leader in the Flash memory space. He was instrumental in setting up the strategic marketing plan for the Asia region with a focus on growing the business in Japan.  Subra also has five invention disclosures on file, in the field of Flash Memory architecture and design. 
Subra holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University, OH. He earned his MBA from the Fuqua school of Business, Duke University.
